Change of Mind

We hope you love your new Myjo Scented product!  if you change your mind within 7 days from the date it was purchased, we offer refunds on approved returns. Please email us at myjoscented@gmail.com

with a photo of the product, you would like to return, and it will be reviewed for approval to return within 2 business days.

When the arrival of the returned product is at our store, this product must be in its original condition unopened, unused and no damages, cracks, change in color and missing parts otherwise a refund cannot be issued. Please be mindful that the shipping cost for return is at your own expense and we do not take any responsibility and will not be able issue a refund if the product is returned damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

The moment you receive an incorrect product, or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will be offered, or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photo of the product as proof for review. If approved for return and the item has been received by us, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed. 

The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
